We are also an Apostille Agent assisting you in obtaining Apostilles that can provide a 5-10 business day turnaround. For an Authentication, the time frame varies on which country the documents are going to. As a Notary Permit Runner, we will present your application(s), plans and any necessary paperwork for a building project to the building or other local departments for their authorization. Once authorization has been granted, We will fax, email or hand deliver the paperwork and permit back to the builder. We provide courier services to save you time and frustration with delivery of your Permit Package. We cover areas in Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Richardson, Lewisville, all of Collin County. We have been providing services since 10-2020, and have scanning and printing capability.  I own Sue's Mobile Notary Services LLC and work on the business full time. 

 We saw a need for individuals/families that weren't able to get out due to being in an assisted living center, hospital, and/or their own homes. These individuals needed documents notarized but had no way to accomplish this issue. That is when I started Sue's Mobile Notary Services to make this process trouble free for those who are looking for a solution in getting their documents notarized.
